- Transparency: With over 40 years of experience, we take pride in our reputation of fair, honest, and transparent pricing. We won’t begin work on your boat without clear communication and an approved estimate. We never add surprise fees or hidden costs to your work order.
- Value: We use not-to-exceed estimates. That means we will give you a realistic estimate, and we will strive to complete work in less time than estimated. Your final bill may end up being less than estimated, but will not be more.
- Integrity: Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our customers. We will always work with our customers to match our work to your budget so that you’ll want to return for your next haulout.
YEAR-ROUND VALUES
- Lowest Haulout Rates: We strive to maintain the most competitive haul out rates in the Seattle and Des Moines areas.
- Survey Haulout Refund: If you haul your boat for an insurance or purchase survey, and return to our yard for another haulout within a year, we will refund the cost of your survey haulout.
- No Lay Days or Storage Charges: If we are working on your boat, we won’t charge you for storage or lay days. Our goal is to complete work quickly and get your boat back to you. We will only charge lay days if all work has been completed and the boat remains in the yard beyond the scheduled pickup day.
